Caste is not helping in modern India

India’s caste system divided into different categories according to skills and intellectual to balance society. Whether its business, dictatorship, defense, and manual work in other language we can say Brahmin, kshatriya, vaishya, shudra. Which was really helping for ancient India. Each caste defines the purpose of life and values which shattered in modern India. In ancient India, every newborn baby in a specific caste is mandatory to obey its life’s principle. Each caste has its own roles, responsibilities, purpose of life, liberty, and freedom. The reason for following the caste duties is the belief in the attainment of moksha on being dutiful. In modern India, our duty is defined by our profession, not by caste but still in modern India, administrative work includes the caste. Which really affecting the modern Indian economy and market. In ancient India, the caste was helping to grow the market, society, country, and people. But in modern India, it became the only personal identity. And showing multiple identities like caste, religion, migrant status, and gender together affect patterns of employment and exclusion in Indian cities. In the current scenario, the use of caste is held by politicians to maintain the activity among the governance. So people can assume they are running a government. Its different thing that caste, religion, and geographical area creates the culture but there is nothing to do with modern India. If we continue with the caste in the future, some community will be left behind, unbalanced in the economy, inequality in people, exclusion, and discrimination increases. Reducing the identity can be reduced the exclusion and bias mindest in society.
